Make a Client Referral

If you're working with someone who needs more intensive, hands-on navigation support than your organization can provide, we're here to help. The Renewed Foundation accepts referrals from shelters, re-entry programs, hospitals, courts, social services agencies, and community organizations.

Our program is designed for individuals who have the motivation to move forward but are blocked by practical barriers — missing documents, lapsed benefits, no phone, no transportation, stalled applications. We don't duplicate your services; we complete the steps that fall between the cracks.

How the Referral Process Works

Reach out via the form below, email, or phone. Share basic information about the individual and their current barriers.

Warm Handoff

We coordinate with you to ensure a warm introduction — not a cold referral. You stay involved in the transition as much as you'd like.

Initial Assessment

Our team meets with the participant to assess their full situation, identify barriers, and build a personalized action plan.

Ongoing Coordination

We keep referring partners updated on progress and coordinate services to avoid duplication or gaps.

Employer Partners

When you hire through TRF's employer partner network, you gain access to motivated candidates who have been prepared for the workplace — resume reviewed, interview-ready, documents in order, transportation planned. We also provide post-placement retention support, checking in regularly to address any challenges before they become problems.

Many of our participants bring skills, work experience, and resilience that make them valuable employees. They've navigated complex systems, maintained motivation through adversity, and demonstrated the follow-through needed to complete our program.

Housing Partners

If you're a landlord or property manager, partnering with TRF means your tenants come with built-in support. Our navigators ensure participants have all required documentation, understand their lease obligations, and have active benefits and employment in place before move-in.

After placement, we continue to check in and provide support to ensure tenancy success — addressing issues before they escalate and maintaining the stability that benefits both tenant and landlord.
